We have visited this restaurant many times over the years. The quality of the food is v good , the pate maison is wonderful, the portion sizes are extremely generous, standards throughout are excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. All the menus are reasonably priced and are all good value for money. There is ample public parking at the rear of the building Worth a visit.

The Restaurant Looks fine, my starter ws fine too. The Cassoulet was too much, but tasteless. Self Service Breakfast was the kind of Minimal Art, Service unfriendly. The room very small and furnished in the 1990ies. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall, prices too high for what is offered. In Castelnau d´Aude, not far away, at Domaine Terre Gearges, they have a really nice appartment with much more charme.

Visiting family in Lezignan-corbieres - long time resident Jean advised this is the best. How true ! Quality food, locally sourced, well cooked over the hot coals of the open fire by third generation operators - steak / boeuf, lamb/ l'agneau simply superb ! Professional service and for Aussies' a friendly discussion on rugby union and rugby league with mine host who is an ex-player. Wonderful evening

The outside of the restaurant does not reflect the inside which is light and airy. Ate there with some friends and had the cheaper menu. All the food was tasty and well prepared. All in all good value for money.

This is a good, old-fashioned restaurant du coin - where simple food, well-prepared and excellently served is the norm. In the week there is a menu at €17.50 - four courses and a quarter litre of wine. Four of us went there yesterday (3 June) and had - a warm fruit salad starter or rollmops; next, home made terrine (as much as you want); 2 then had steak - 2 dorade (fish). Pudding. a litre of red between us. Just imagine getting that in the UK for £64!

Although there are 20 "restaurants" listed for Lezignan-Corbieres, there are only a few which could qualify. Staff at Le Tournedos were welcoming and helpful, and although we hadn't booked were able to seat us immediately. The menu is quite meaty for someone who is a fish lover, so I had to choose the more expensive 23 euro menu to allow for both a non-meat starter and main. The portions are very generous and come with wine which work out at a reasonable price. Good French cooking in a traditional style restaurant.

Stayed at this hotel in January 2013, when the weather was very bad, but the place was very good. the room was basic but OK with en-suite, heating tea making facilities etc. Would recommend taking a room on the quiet side as the hotel is on a busy road. Restaurant does fabulous barbecued meat and the set meal is a real bargain. Staff are very friendly although not much english spoken. Wifi worked in reception but not great in our room.

Our room here was small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy traffic circle but we had a room on the back side of the hotel so were oblivious to the sounds of traffic which was great for sleeping. The downside was they charge extra to stay on this side of the hotel. I don't really agree with the policy but it was worth it in the end. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Entree, terrine, main course, dessert and 250 ml wine, all for 11 euros, wow! A lot of the cooking is done a huge wood fired grill adding to the ambience of the room and making for some very delicious lamb chops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I defiinitely recommend staying at Le Tournedos.
