Stayed at the hotel from sat-sun on family weekend. Situated on the piste. Room were great and cosy. Absolute best thing was the owners; treated us excellent with local specialities and a warmth that made you feel very welcome and at home. Ski area is perfect for beginners and especially children as it has few good slopes, trampolines and last... More

Lovely small hotel in Valgrisenche, which is situated 11km deep in a mountain road which swirls all way up. Fabrizio the tenant is VERY friendly and welcoming. He suggests good wine and can prepare scrumptious dinner for his guests. BE SURE TO VISIT AND TASTE HIS KITCHEN PREPARATIONS. Breathless views of the mountains from room balcony.

We were fortunate to find Maison des Myrtilles as we walked the Alta Via 2 in September 2015. We had a long day and it was a delight to find this comfortable hotel with an outstanding "patron" who had taken it over a year ago. He went out of his way to provide outstanding service. While enjoying a pre dinner... More

It looks like a regular ski resort/summer resort hotel like many in Val de Aosta valley BUT two things make it different, the owner, Fabricio and the chef of the resturant. Fabricio is always there for you, anything you want and with a big smile on his face. AND the resturant is unique , the chef is amazing , we... More

We felt very welcome and spoilt by the lovely family running this hotel. Thanks Fabrizio, Turia and little cute Desiree. The ski resort is just 50 m down from the hotel, very good for little ones, including nice snow park for kids. The structure of the hotel is simple but charming. The Food is traditional from the region and good... More

I really enjoy good food and good wine. The Maison des Myrtilles was outstanding. How many 2* hotels have their wine selected by the former sommelier of the 5* Royal Golf hotel in Courmayeur? Thankfully, said former sommelier now runs the Maison de Myrtilles, so famished hikers like us walking the Via Alpina have an unexpected and outstanding evening. Fabrizio... More

Fabrizio offers a welcome haven at the end of an arduous day's hiking! His enthusiastic smile, roaring log fire and welcoming ambience were exactly what we needed after a day on the mountain. A former somelier at a 5 star hotel in luxury Courmayeur, he has struck out on his own to create a taste of paradise in a beautiful... More

We stopped in without a reservation and were told that there was one room left for the night. I speak a little Italian and was making the arrangements in that language, and I am 100% certain that the very warm and friendly owner quoted me a price of "sessanta" euros with breakfast (60 euros) or 80-something if we had dinner...
