We don't speak Itlalian, but that didn't matter much at Hotel il Poeta. The staff went above and beyond to make our surprise visit to Tuscany a great success! Would'nt ever recommend this to anyone.... This was one of the hotels which we stayed in our Europe trip... The rooms were cramped.. no space even to open our luggage... crappy bathrooms... the shower was right next to the wash basin which was next to the commode in the tiny cramped space.... in one of the other rooms where another... More

Having stayed here many times for business, this is the shoe-area, and also for pleasure, I must say - the only thing needed is a swimmingpool when summer!!! The restaurant is fantastic, the manager is superb and the newly decorated rooms very comfortable and clean. See you again... And please built a pool!
