We came to stay here quite randomly I suppose, simply to get out the heat & humidity of Barcelona. My heavily pregnant wife and a two and a half year old son were welcomed and honestly I was taken back by the simply excellent & sincere staff at 'Hotel Grevol’ they made us feel so welcome, to be honest i... Destination on a walking holiday: welcoming staff when we arrived hot and tired; nice (large) room with pleasant balcony; good food; lovely gardens in which to sit and potter about. One of us was a bit unwell and the staff could not have been more helpful. Only gripe - a bit of road noise first thing.

We only spent a single evening at the Hotel/spa after a pretty long day of cycling. The hotel is very comfortable feeling with a warm, Alpine feel. Beautiful grounds and a terrific pool/sauna/spa area. The hotel felt unique within this location, very different from other accommodations. A really great bar/dining area and extremely helpful staff.

We stayed one night as a part of a Backroads cycling trip. The hotel is warm and inviting, with lots of natural wood. The lobby is large and has a nice sitting area, and there is a great pool, hot tub and sauna facility. Perfect after a day of riding. The room was large and had plenty of room to... More

Swiss chalet style with that ambience. Scenery is breat taking and the Spa facilities are superb and free.Dinner at 8.30pm served by the most helpful waitress who even tasted the wine when it was suggested that it was 'corked'. She thought that it was not right and offered an alternative bottle. Walks in the mountain and down the side of... More

A beautiful hotel - feels like a large ski lodge with lots of heavy wood as part of the decoration. The gardens were lovely and the restaurant had a sort of indoor/outdoor feel with huge windows right over the lawns. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the valley. The best memory from here was the evening meal - absolutely... More

Chalet-style hotel with compact but well equipped spa and fitness facilities. Highlights include fabulous food and friendly staff. We visited on a walking holiday and it was a lovely place to recharge for a couple of nights. Seemed to be extensively used by Spanish too, getting away from late summer heat for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here as part of a walking holiday. Spa area was lovely, we didn't try the gym- plenty of opportunity for exercise in the stunning mountains around the hotel. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both good with a couple of interesting translations on the menu. Games room didn't seem to be functioning... More

We stayed at Hotel Grevol the first week in January. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere cozy. However, as many here mentioned before it is a rather old hotel that would need some touch up. The Spa area is nice and clean but small, the gym is very basic only. The room was also nice and clean but the thermostat... More

Stayed at this hotel during a Pyrenees bike trip. Nice hotel with adequate rooms. Rooms are large with sofa and table. Nice area to go for a walk in. Didn't use the spa although others did and enjoyed it.
