This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in and can't be compared to other 3 stars hotels at all. The employees don't know what they are doing and can't speak English or any other language than Spanish. When we asked if we could eat breakfast 15 minutes earlier than usual starting time because we had to leave... More

This hotel is conveniently located if you're travelling by car. Free parking is a plus since parking in Granada is quite expensive. However, is just an average 3 star hotel. It's ok as long as you don't mind having a spider or a few ants in your room. After all this is a rural property. Walls must be thin as... More

We arrived late and nonetheless received a great welcome. The room was spacious and well-appointed with facilities for simple self-catering and with its own wireless access point. There is a good breakfast buffet. Granada is 20 minutes by bus and the hotel is not far from the southern ring road, so it is easy to get about. An ideal spot... More

Just back tonight from a 6 night stay in this fab hotel. It has 11 rooms, its really beautiful, peaceful and spotless. The management and staff of this 3 star hotel are always at hand to fulfill any request. Over the years,we have stayed in many 4 star hotels in various parts of Europe, but this would easily match and even beat most... More

This hotel is definitely a very good option if you travel by car and want to have free parking, a pool to cool you down during the warn summer months, a quiet night of sleep and yet stay close to the city. This is a perfect spot to visit the area : in 15 min your are parked in downtown... More

Lovely small hotel in very quiet area. I stayed here in June and have to disagree with the previous reviewer about the food in the restaurant. We ate there 3 nights and the food was exceptional as too was the service from two very efficient and friendly young waitresses. I could find nothing wrong with this hotel except that the... More

The room was a pleasant surprise: spacious with tasteful interior, a large bathroom and even a private, little terras for the ground floor rooms. The pool is OK qua size, but lacks shade. The breakfast is complete, but the restaurant must be avoided for dinner! The fish soup and the macarel for starters were at take-away level, the Bacalao as... More

Travelling with my cousin we had 3 lovely nights at this small hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and typically Spanish. Easy access into Granada either by public bus or taxis only took about 20 minutes. Delicious breakfasts and we had two evening meals which were well cooked and very nicely presented. We were too early to use the... More

We stayed 3 nights at La Garapa in May with my cousin from England. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a very good. It was close to to public transportation, very quiet and Maria was most helpful. I would return to this hotel again

We stayed at Le Garapa on a motorcycling holiday in September and absolutely loved the place. Really convenient for an easy bus ride into Granada and within reach of La Alpujarras mountains and the Sierra Nevada. Lovely to cool off in the swimming pool and relax after a hot day. The food was excellent and meals on the shady terrace... More
