Myself and my Husband have just returned from an overnight stay at the Mercure Brandon Hall, Coventry. I booked this visit as a birthday present for my Husband. From the minute I telephoned the Hotel to book our room to the minute we checked out, the staff were exceptional - couldn't do enough to help. I had brought with me... more

I felt that I had to write a review on our stay at this hotel over the Bank Holiday weekend We arrived just in time for dinner on Friday night, our room was lovely, at the end of a corridor, so we knew that there would be no disturbances during the night :) The staff were very polite and accomodating,... more

The room wasn't great - there was a slimy bath mat which hadn't been cleaned for a while, and some of the towels got taken away the first night and not replaced - but the restaurant was great and the food excellent quality. Staff friendly and polite. The only problem was that other guests slammed their doors shut every time... more

I recently stayed at Brandon Hall with my wife and children (11&8) sharing a family room. The hotel staff were very pleasant, The rooms nice and airey and clean. The resturant service was great with concern given to making all my family enjoy their meal even the children. The pool and Spa was lovely and we all enjoyed a couple... more

We booked via laterooms.com and got a room only rate of £50. No problems booking in, we were upgraded to a... more

We had a few problems when my husband phoned to book the hotel - the receptionist said she was unable to email us a copy of the menu! and that we would have to wait till the following day. I phoned back and it just so happened that Karl the GM answered the phone and within minutes he had emailed... more

Stayed here Easter Monday to Friday 28th March Hotel is delightfully located and has a country house / manor house look. However they haven’t blended the new additions well. I didn't like the fact that you had to step outside and walk across to the separate accommodation and pool/gym buildings particularly when it was cold and wet. I found the... more

We spent Easter weekend at Brandon Hall with our two children and my parents as it is ideally located half way between where we all live. The hotel is welcoming and the public areas (if, on this occasion, rather overtaken by the wedding, which spilled out into the bar) are well maintained and comfortable. The executive rooms we had (we... more

This hotel was ok, was very disappointed with the spa, full of kids and no jucuzzi, i would reccommend this hotel more for families really. Loved the room, very modern with separate shower and bath, lots of space. Nice scenery and wildlife. Bit out of the way from anything though. Restaurant was very nice and food was great (not that... more
