This is more like a 1 star hotel than a 5 star. Please do not stay here if you are used to staying at 5 star hotels as you will be very very disappointed! It is the worst place I have ever stayed in!!!!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. More

There's not a lot to compare Hunter's with - it's fantastic staying in your own thatched cottage and wandering through beautiful gardens to luxuriate in a relaxing swim or to enjoy an exquisite meal in the restaurant. This was a place of absolute luxury - it is just so relaxing - beautiful gardens and the most luxurious rooms! The food was good - especially the breakfasts. This hotel happened to be the half way point on our holiday and it turned out to be a wonderful place to re charge before going to the cape winelands! More
