We have just enjoyed three very pleasant days at the Hotel Tarconte. Our "Classic" room was well worth the extra cost, spacious and with a balcony giving afternoon sun and a panoramic view towards the sea a few miles away. The hotel restaurant is very good and friendly. The managing family and staff were particularly helpful with several requests. The... More

My January flight out of Rome got cancelled due to the blizzard in New York so we decided to stay in Tarquinia rather than spend an extra night at the airport hotel. We were so glad we did. The family run hotel was lovely with an incredible view out to the sea. The sunset was magical! And the hotel restaurant... More

The hotel is not recent construction, but everything else worth a stay. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff, (specially Fancy :-)) excellent restaurant. I got the room with sea side!!!! I saw a few hotels in my life but the view from the room of this hotel is simply marvelous! The rooms are clean . Good value for money. Close to... More

Very friendly staff, room typical for a small hotel, with nice colours. Scenery to the sea, also bathroom with big window. Nice walking distance to the city. Parking on the street.

One of the best values in Italy...we stayed for over a week. 20 minute, 2 Euro bus ride from Civettaveccia totally family run, absolutely incredible kitchen for lunch and dinner... Very good value...great view from balcony rooms.

The hotel was fine for a budget stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Old place so it smells a little musty. No frills stay but good for a budget. Location good. Receptionist when checking in was not friendly and a bit rude. Seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question.

There didn't seem to be many places to choose from in Tarquinia, and we somehow settled on this one. It is not extremely convenient to get to. The rooms are run down and their idea of internet was a cable connection in the lobby that didn't work. Breakfast was fair by Italian standards, but climate control did not exist until... More

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It was an ok stay. The room was quite small and dark but adequate. Breakfast was very good, with a large buffet to choose from. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, but wouldn't recommend that. It has no atmosphere and is not suited for a romantic dinner. The food was... More

As I said above, cute, charming, quiet, very original position, Etruscan thumbs in a cantina! Stuff very friendly, excellent food, real priced! I enjoyed my stay! Recommended to everyone.
