quiet location, great nature, clean rooms, nice breakfast, good restaurant (be there at time: lots of others come here to eat!), swim lake, play garden,... just one disadvantage: we could hear everything what happened or was said in the rooms beside ours at night... So it was all perfect for our one night stop, but we won't do it again...

Everything was perfect. Georg Giner, 3rd generation owner makes sure his guests have a great visit. We stayed for 2 nights, and hoped it could have been 2 months.Free parking right outside our door. Great breakfast included. Satellite TV with CNN/CNBC/BBC plus WiFi. Even a refrig. in room. All this for 1/2 the price of Innsbruck, which is only minutes...
