The hotel was quite run down, but the rooms has been renovated. Very basic, but sufficient.
The wireless internet did not work in our room and we had to sit in the hallway to get reception.
Breakfast is average.
We did not eat any other meals at the hotel as we found it to be quite expensive.

Thank you very much for staying with us. We regret that you have not felt entirely comfortable whilst your time at the Parkhotel Matrei. As it is a common standard in Austrian hotels to equipe double rooms with two mattresses we have allocated your reservation to such a standard double room. We stayed here for a four day business trip and were very impressed with the food, service, comfortable rooms and ammenities.
