We were fortunate to get a last minute reservation AND the Sestri Levante room. Alleasandra and Gianluca have poured their heart, soul, and $$$$$ into this gorgeous property. It's high on a hill and looks out to a valley onto the Med in the distance. Their website has a lot of pictures and detail but you have to see it... More

I should start by saying that many reviewers have rated Villa Paggi as less than outstanding. Actually it is very outstanding. If you are willing to drive just a bit away from the crowded and noisy "tourist" areas to this wonderful villa in the hills near Genoa, you will have about the best B&B experience you could receive in Northern... This Bed and Breakfast is really like a hotel in a home. The rooms are fresh and clean and nothing was left out. The breakfast room and patio/deck was charming and the food was wonderful and all made from scratch that morning. The grounds have several levels of private patios with tables and lounge chairs with views that will make... More

This beautiful hill-top getaway was a magnificent dream! The views were absolutely breathtaking and each bedroom was uniquely designed with love and care. The best part: the hosts! They cooked us two home-made meals which were these fantastic long and drawn out evenings spent chatting over delicious food and champagne. I will highly recommend this to everyone I know who... My husband and I recently (April 2014) stayed at Villa Paggi, and had a lovely time. Beginning with the warmest welcome imaginable, we were given detailed information of the surrounding area then shown to our spacious and well appointed room. The public areas, both inside and out, were created with both solitude and togetherness in mind. The wellness area was... More

Alessandra is extremely professional she pays great attention to detail. The rooms are spotless with tea coffee making, a fridge, purified water available and a hotel room safe with no extra cost. Our third stay at Villa Paggi reaffirmed how wonderful it is. Allesandra and Gianlucca are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are extraordinary thanks to Gianlucca's baking. The house has been beautifully renovated in a modern style with a nod to its history. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The drive from the main road is steep and curving, typical... More

We stayed for 5 nights in Villa Paggi in the amazing Sestri Levante room. The whole place has been renovated with vision and love for the history of the building. Allessandra en Gianlucca do everything to make you feel very welcome and they give all the information you need about the area. Gianlucca makes fab cakes and jams for breakfast... More
