We were fortunate enough to get one night at the very last minute at this luxury private game lodge over the Easter weekend, and how we regret we could not have stayed longer! The road leading to the reserve from the N11 is a gravel road and with the recent rains some sections of the road were quite bad. This... More

We were more than happy. Really big rooms, very well decorated, almost brand new. The common rooms amazing. Staff excellent. Very good guided tours. Big fives possible, ok, we saw only elephants, rhinos - no buffalo, no leopard, no lions. But so many giraffes, young ones fighting, zebras and many, many other animals. Negative: very small pool, food ok, but... More

If you are new to safaris or game reserves, as we were, you cannot go wrong by making a reservation at Nambiti Hills. It's just three hours from Durban and about four from Johannesburg. But it's a completely different world. Nambiti Hills is one of about seven lodges in the 20,000-acre Nambiti Game Reserve. It has to be the most... More

Another fabulous experience at Nambithi Hills. The team at the lodge went out of their way to accomodate any request we had and really made my wifes birthday special with a Private Seafood Dinner set up in our suite. Well run and well worth the money. More

Fabulous stay, hospitality second to none, felt more like a long weekend in a large friendly house than a hotel, staff cannot do enough for you - food excellent, setting superb, service outstanding. Accommodation very good. Game drives superb. Cannot thank Brendon, Ross, Kevin, Gemma and all the other staff enough. More

I just spent 2 wonderful nights at Namibiti Hills on a girls weekend in the bush. The Lodge is absolutely gorgeous and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and well heated considering it was rather cold out. The food was absolutely delicious, even if we left the Lodge feeling like we need not eat for... More

An awesome family game lodge not too far from Durban! Congratulations to Bryce, the chef, on producing such outstanding meals! The rooms are well equipped and so tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Maybe more game could be introduced, but all in all the game viewing was fine. We would defenitely go back,! More
