We stayed at one of the River View Suites and I think the rate was very reasonable at RM200++. If you are a government servant don't miss the government rate as they will quote you a very good price. The Premier Hotel is an old hotel and you can see it from the outside. We have never been to Sibu... More

Nice location, the room is great and spacious. One of the drawbacks is you cannot fully control the aircond temperature as it is centralised. It was cold even when the temperature knob was turn to 30 degree celsius. Wifi was quite slow most of the time, not conducive if you are working and have to rely on the internet for... More

I stayed here for a night on a Friday in February and checked out early Saturday morning. On Monday afternoon, the reception called me and accused me of breaking some glasses in my room and demanded me to pay the reimbursement. It was less than RM100, but the management made a huge mistake if they thought they could just call... More

The hotel location is in the middle of the town so you can walk to every where, that might be the reason the staff don't really care about the guest at all..not impress with the service.. Unprofessional..no service mind .. The building itself old and seem like not only staff is unprofessional but seem like the management team don't be bothered... More

I normally stay at a couple of other hotels in Sibu, but they were both full so this was my first visit to the Premier Hotel and I was very impressed. The location is central and within walking distance of the river terminal for the ferries. I stayed in a River View Suite and paid MYR235 inclusive, which I found... More

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel , it has a very good location in the city Center close to all shopping areas and several resturants, the room was good , spacious and clean with a good river and city view , the breakfast is below average with minimal western varieties and the other drawback was the Wifi signal... Second time visiting Sibu and second time staying the same hotel. Overall is at a good location where you can find what you need nearby. There are some points you need to note that the breakfast providing by the hotel seems everyday the same and the WiFi seems to disconnect easily and signal us very weak. Other than that, still... The buffet is one of the worst that I have ever tried...the spread is so very limited. Even cucumbers are considered as a main dish. I had friends staying at Kingswood and Tanahmas and we compared our breakfast....they had so much more varieties. And the ambience ther are so much more sophiscated. This hotel is really old and it's ambience... More

This is a good business hotel. I came as a tourist, travelling up the Rajang River to Belaga, and felt a little out of place (though not in the least bit unwelcomed). The hotel has a nice restaurant (breakfast is included in the price), and reliable WiFi. There's a shopping mall adjacent, and it's easy walking distance to the wharf.... More
