We stopped here for lunch and wasnt disappointed. The service was excellant as was the food and a lovely pint of beer, and the fish and chips hit the spot. We were staying at the nearby hotel and it made a welcome break.

Good value in an expensive area. Came across this by default, looking around Woodhall Spa for reasonable accommodation and found this. The pub is only about 15 minute walk from centre of village. Just returned from an overnight stay with friends at the Village Limits. We were a group of 7, three of whom had special dietary requirements. As a result our dinner order took some time to take but the staff were patient and helpful.They willingly adapted the menu and this did not mean that they just left things off the plate.... More

Just spent two nights at this excellent B&B. Rooms extremely comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked. Dined both evenings at the Restaurant which was also very good. The staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend this place.

I was a late arrival and only needed a room and a drink. The room, with twin beds, is comfortably furnished, with a decent en suite. My second visit, and an almost perfect B&B/Motel experience. The food and staff are great, but on arriving mid-afternoon I found my room was cold - the heating was off! Regardless, I will stay here again - it's good value.
