What a wonderful discovery! Maggie's gorgeous home from home is the perfect country retreat for someone who enjoys tanquility, far from the madding crowds. Close to many beautiful gardens and sites, we spent a week of daytripping from this perfect location. The rooms are gorgeous, luxurious, breakfast delicious and hostess perfect. Would not look any further - ever. Have already... More

Had a very warm welcome to this charming B&B nestled in the hop fields of Kent. Beautiful house, very comfortable and clean room and great breakfast. Our two small children taken into account with care and consideration. I would recommend Chart Hill to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in a lovely rural retreat.

A lovely Bed & Breakfast in Kent countryside!!! Highly recommended!! Maggie was always very helpful and hospitable. Close to Maidstone, Leeds Castle.. The choice of breakfast was amazing ( vegetarian breakfast as well) and lived up to all expectations. A perfect host and a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back.

The Hedges Family too all three rooms for a Mothers Day trip to Leeds Castle weekend away and my way a fantastic place to stay. Rooms, facilities, breakfast all excellent as was Maggie as our host. Chart Hill Cottage is a beautiful 18th Century end-terrace building with fabulour views over the Weald. It's a real jumble of irrelgularly shaped rooms, nooks, crannies, stairs, twists and turns that all give the place real character. As we were a family of five, we booked all three rooms and had place to ourselves, which was great and made it... More

A big thank you to Maggie for making us so welcome when we arrived. We were enchanted by the old house. The house and bedroom were beautifully clean and our room was lovely. We really appreciated the robes too. Not only was the house charming, but Maggie was able to direct us to great places to eat, somewhere to do... More

We stayed five nights on a short visit to Kent, arriving by Eurostar from Brussels to the Ashford station. Maggie's easy directions had us there in no time. Despite rain we got to several coast villages, Sissinghurst Gardens and Canterbury. This is a wonderful place to be, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms, a lovely lounge with pleasant music and... More

The Cottage is warm and cosy, the common areas are decorated so you feel like home. Room clean, tidy and bed comfy. And the breakfast is to die for. If you want a place to enjoy Kent and relax this is the place to be. Is super close to the Leeds Castle and other places. Thanks Maggie.
