Strange owner, who is lying, that there is no wi-fi, while receiving mail from Outlook. The hot water into the thermos she makes a pay 1 euro, as in the high mountains shelter! Rooms small, I honestly do not recommend. Unfriendly place in Ilaly.... Lucy Kot from Poland

Although rated as 4-star, we definitely thought it wasnt! The decor is very dated, so it feels a little grubby. The room was pretty basic, and the TV was tiny and fitted close to the ceiling. You got neck-ache trying to watch it. But all but one channel (BBC World News) were in German, so we didnt watch it much!... More

We arrived to be greeted by a receptionist on the telephone. We were booked in and never once did the telephone leave her ear. We then entered our room feeling as if we had time travelled to 1950's Germany. Complete with mouldy bathroom and a used cotton bud on the bathroom floor, which kept us company for our whole stay... All the previous reviews are spot on. The hotel is geared totally to German guests and particularly the food; grated cabbage, beans; plates of ham and garlic salaami for breakfast. The meals are unvaried and having been Italy before not what I would call typically Italian. One meal was described in English as 'Savoy Jealousy' and we had no idea... More

Having travelled to Garda on a package holiday with First Choice I was quite disappointed with this hotel, firstly because we were the only English speaking couple in the hotel. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. We stayed half-board and whilst you expect Italian food I would say that most of the... More

We booked this hotel based on fairly good reviews here. We were a little disappointed when we arrived, the hotel is not close enough to the lake to have any good views. The room was very outdated and the place could really do with a bit of an overhaul to modernise it. The fact that we were on our honeymoon... More

We landed here on a last minute "Roulette hotel " deal - i.e we knew we were going to be somewhere in Garda area for 4 nights half board . We drove down from Germany to the local HQ- Hotel Panorama up the road towards Costermano. They directed us to the Oasi down the road - who had us booked... More

This hotel looks great from the outside but really offered us a dismal holiday experience. As someone who cooks and loves Italian food and sourcing good ingredients, the food was awful. I found the "system" of ordering your evening meal at breakfast more akin to a stay in an intensive care unit than a four star holiday hotel. If you're... More

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on the site before going away but I must say I had a FANTASTIC Holiday!!!! Hotel was beautiful with a massive pool, beautiful grounds and lovely scenery. I must admit a little downside was the pool was very deep and for me a non-swimmer wasnt the best - but i didnt... More
