Hotel refused to honor prepaid reservation. Charged us 65 EUR for an "extra person in the room" when our reservation accounted for everyone staying in the room. Also, front desk clerk called us repeatedly at 2 in the morning.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 7 nights during March 2013.We were visiting Milan for a Fair .It was a decent stay.the hotel was far from the train station. The breakfast buffet was bad and the staff at the breakfast venue was rude. The reception staff was good and helpful. The room was nice and the bathroom good.

Stayed for 2 nights....one too many, Milan is boring! Good hotel. Clean, tidy and not as inaccessible as other people have indicated. There's a metro station not too far away that takes you to right outside the Duomo. Bit weird walking back to the hotel from the metro just after 8pm and the working girls are already out! We arrived at this hotel in the night that's why our experience of the location was the worste(too many exposed "women"around the streets) .but the hotel was clean and staff very friendly! Good value for the money!

This hotel isn't exactly in Milano, it's outside the city but it's well connected with the city although the hotel page lacks this very useful information. First of all the room is quite big but there is no good illumination. When we arrived the plugs where all disconnected and we had to connect the lamps then the light wasn't enough.... More

I stayed here for one night. It was nice and clean. The room was quite comfortable and the people at the front desk were helpful with directions and calling for a taxi at 5 am. Having said that it is quite far from the airport and the train station (Milano Centrale). A taxi ride from the train station cost 14... More

Nice hotel but away from Milan's center. You will definitely need a car. You need at least 20 minutes with a car to the center of the city. Rooms are overlooking a big avenue. Our room was very big and we also have a balcony. There was an intense smoking smell in our room even though it was signed as... More

At a recent stay we found the hotel attendants to be quite helpful. Nice room and a decent double bed! Alberto was particularly helpful and pleasant, relief to find someone who will go out of their way to help you.

Made bookings on this hotel based on the reviews off of Trip Advisor and here I am! Now the hotel might be quite away from the city centre but it isn't inaccessible. The area seems a little ghetto but the hotel is quite good. I was here just for a night. The room was quite spacious, amply big bathrooms and... More

This is a very nice hotel, clean and comfy. The rooms are very spacey and beds are of a good quality. Tram is quite near that takes you downtown. I think that this hotel is a good choice for someone who wants to visit Milan without spending a fortune! What particularly disappointed me was the wi-fi internet connections which is... More
