Many items would expect as standard in 4 star hotel missing (in room safe, luggage stand, coffee and tea) and security of room very poor (door not lock automatically, no spyhole or chain). Not advised until we checked in that numerous facilities stated on the website that we intended to use were not available throughout duration of our stay e.g.... more

We have been 2 nights in the hotel for Easter, it is a very nice place to stay and very dog friendly. Also you are not allowed to take your dog with you for the breakfast buffet. Recommend if you are traveling with kids 'cause the apartments are with kitchenette! Great if you want to warm up some soup or milk but don't expect to prepare yourself a whole dinner in this kitchen. Like in most German hotels the beds are very comfortable.
