We needed a base for our trip to ER region and this place was a great choice! The customer service was impeccable - both brothers made us feel as if we were at home! The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. We found a locals bar where we visited every night for appertivo and wine. Highly recommend!

What a fab hotel, tucked away in the narrow, tall streets of this fortified hilltop village. I only stayed one night, but it was very quaint, atmospheric, and a lovely peaceful place to stay. I was made very welcome by the staff and I believe the owner. The village is beautiful , with great views of the surrounding Tuscan hills.... More

My husband & I have just returned from Italy & spent our last night in this hotel. We chose it as a stop on the way from Perugia to Verona airport. What a find! A lovely welcome, really nice suite & easy parking. Our dinner was superb, the staff so friendly, really can't fault it. In the morning the owner... More

Great small hotel with loads of atmosphere and spacious rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday when the restaurant was closed - it looked very good! But the bar round the corner is young and quirky but still able to feed a pair of middle aged cyclists and make us feel at home. The... More

we are on a road trip through italy and planned to stay in castelvetro for one night. the charme & relax hotels are well known as we stayed years ago in one of those. the locanda has a fantastic, outstanding restaurant!! this is definitively a gault-milleu or Michelin prospect! the menus are typical italian with a flavor of haut-cuisine flair...... We stayed there for one night during our trip to the south of Italy. The suites were so cute and very clean. Each tastefully furnished. The location is in the middle of the old city. Great for doing some excursions. The staff is helpfull and the food good. Perfect boutique hotel.

We went here to visit the car factories, and are very happy we stayed here. This is a beautiful area of Italy, the nearby towns (like Modena) are great, and it is close to the Ferrari or Lamborghini factories. This is a great small hotel in a very small town, and the owner is extremely helpful - for a very... More

Our October week long stay at Locanda Del Feudo in Castelvetro near Modena was a very special treat, the very warm welcome from attentive and sensitive proprietors made our holiday very relaxing and completely enjoyable. The Locanda is a beautiful and lovingly restored building - historic detail and period furnishings throughout - set in the centre of this old historic... More

From the moment we arrived, Andrea and Roberto took great care of our group. The rooms are large and comfortable. The village is charming. But the best feature was the fantastic food. Unforgettable meals using very local ingredients. Will definitely be back
