Intended to stay one night here, but loved it so much we asked to stay another night. Spacious, very comfortable accommodation (a bedroom and living room plus bathroom). Luxury for Italy! The hotel has its own extremely good restaurant where we ate both nights. Breakfast was plentiful, as well as a cooked breakfast, the homemade cakes and biscuits were superb.... More

We had a great stay at Locanda Del Feudo. Andrea is an excellent host with a high level of customer service. This property is uniquely located in a quiet castle-like environment. The accommodations are wonderful - you will not be disappointed. The food served at the restaurant - both breakfast and dinner - is fabulous! Do not hesitate to stay... More

We chose to stay here rather than stay in the heart of Modena. It is a very nicely run little inn with a wonderful restaurant as well, and its close to Modena but you really feel away from the city when you are here. The brothers that run it are very friendly and attentive - we had a bottle of... More

A really lovely little hotel with big comfortable rooms in the really charming old town. The owners and Dad couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Too late we found that the owners would have arranged a vinegar tasting at a producers' we had planned to go to the museum in Spilamberto but it was closed. The location is great... More

Beautiful little B&B in a quaint little village, very welcoming and friendly hosts, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with all the creature comforts, and a few wonderful places to eat nearby. Check out the cafe on the square near the church a stone's throw away- very popular with the modenese locals

We stayed here for three nights in June, and it was delightful. Owned by brothers Andrea and Roberto Rossi (whose parents assist), it is a charming and convenient location for many activities, not the least of which is the Ferrari Museum in nearby Maranello. Our two-room suite (Calla) was excellent; everything worked well, including the air conditioning. The included breakfasts... More

This characteristic hotel located in the old town is wonderfully enchanting with well equipped, spacious rooms that are beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the windows was very special. The restaurant is also very highly regarded but unfortunately i did not get to try it out. The hotel is clearly very well run, with an... More

I chose this property as an alternate to staying near the sites I wanted to visit in the area; balsamic vinegar making, Ducati motorcycle factory, Ferrari museum, and could not have made a better selection! The property is located on the top of a hill with 360 views of the surrounding villages and farms, the people were charming and more... More

The Locanda is a member of the Charme and Relax group of Italian hotels and fits the description exactly. Castelvetro old town surrounding the hotel is an interesting hilltop complex of old piazzas, church and towers, delightful to wander around and often with something to enjoy, perhaps a market, a wedding or even a scooter rally. Modena, Bologna and the adjacent... More

We visited this Borgo during our way up north. Right in the center, family own, clean and very efficient even with a little baby boy. The room was very specious and well maintained, clean and with all the needs. The owners take good care in a very professional manor. Little boutique Hotel!
