It was a little tricky to find, but an amazing place to stay. Room was fantastic, spacious, warm and luxurious. ensuite was larger than expected. Staff were friendly and so helpful, although we were a little confused about the check in procedure. The walk around the gardens was lovely, and we followed the mown paths through the birch wood and... More

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here with colleagues for work purposes for a few nights. The generous and delicious food in the spacious dining room was a highlight, as was a walk in the garden and by the shores of Loch Lomond. The upstairs board room has stunning views to the loch. Staff are friendly, with a good... More

We had 2 rooms , high tea and breakfast . The rooms have brand new furniture and bathrooms . They are cosy rather than spacious . We had a view over gardens and the children's twin faced the loch . The grounds run down to the loch shore . There is no where with such stunning access to and views... More

We were married at Ross Priory two years ago. What an amazing venue for a wedding! 56 guests attended and people are still talking about the wonderful time they had there. Several guests from the wedding party stayed at Ross Priory for a couple of nights and all loved it, We spent a few days after our wedding in the... More

Hi Diane & Jack Thanks for your review of our little Lochside Cottage. We really appreciate you taking the time. You are right, it doesn’t have the period charm of the main house, but it is perfect for a family holiday (action packed or peaceful) as many others agree - a perfect base for your Loch Lomond stay, self-catering equipped... A lovely night! Well organised and friendly staff. Room was perfect and the afternoon tea was great. A beautiful part of the world. Have a roam around the gardens, the secret walled garden and the lochside. Breath taking views. Bring slippers to leave your dirty boots outside. Save the carpets!

We recently needed a 1 night stay in a hotel whilst we visited an elderly relative in the a near by village and came across Ross Priory via a general internet search and what a very fortunate find this turned out to be. I simply cannot fault this establishment. Yes the building is magnificent and its physical location is spectacular... More

We went to Loch Lomond to watch daughter Sophie and pal take part in the Great Scottish Swim, a 1 mile course in the Loch. We stayed at Ross Priory Friday to Monday. Loved the stay, loved the staff. Loved the grounds. I want to go back and never leave. Loch Lomand is beautiful. Great rooms. Recommended by a girlfriend who had her wedding there. You may need GPS assistance to find the roads. Pack your own wash cloths as they provide towels, but not face cloths.

Nice atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings. Can be recommended. Nice house and good standard in rooms. Quiet breakfast as not many visitors during this season of the year. Perfectly quiet during the night.
