We stayed for a week at the Little Poly, as the locals call it. We had a beach "are" (bungalow) that was only 20 feet or so from the water's edge. Each bungalow was separated by a wooden partition from the next one and there are coconut trees between the bungalow and the beach. Houskeeping came every day but you... More

We stayed for a week at Little Poly. It was our first time to the Cook Islands. It was just what we expected and what we were looking for. We actually never left Little Poly during our week stay. It is very low key and situated on a beautiful beach. The beachfront room was excellent. The restaurant was also very... More

We too were very dissapointed in Little Polynesia. The location is fantastic and the no kids policy is a blessing for couples wanting a romantic getaway. The Are rooms are absolute beachfont but they were poorly serviced, amentities were not working and they provided little privacy. Staff were mostly friendly but the kitchen and cleaning staff were inconsiderate and noisy... More

My wife and I stayed at the Little Polynesian at the end of a nearly 3 week holiday in the Cooks (Raratonga and Aitutaki). We found that we had saved the best for last. Best hotel, best location, best food, best snorkling by far (much better off the beach than Aitutaki or Muri). We prefer this southern section of Rartonga... More

This place was so underwhelming, we left Rarotonga and ended our honeymoon with a foul taste in our mouths. We stayed for two nights in the Overbeach Are. By the time our first night was over, we couldn't wait to leave this place. The high price tag should come with a high level of customer service, and decent amenities but... More

We spent four days at the Little Polynesian and just loved the place. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. They helped book all the tours we wanted to go on, and on our return from these would ask us about how our day was. The lagoon is amazing the best one on the island.... More

Fantastic staff everyone was so friendly and made us feel very welcome on the island. The views were astounding and tropical breakfast was also served with huge smiles. Ate dinner two nights the fish and choclate desert where to die for and waitress Billie was the perfect hostess. Waiting for a chance to go back again. Zahra

We spent a week at the Little Polynesian and just loved the room - the view onto the lagoon was amazing - we were fortunate to see some humpback whales one afternoon. The service was great and any problems/advice we wanted was catered for. Enjoyed the continental breakfasts with lovely fresh fruit which was included with our stay. Dinners were... More

A boutique resort, with 10 bungalows, a great beach and close to Muri beach. Nice and warm people. Very good cuisine and wonderful location even just for a dinner.

Just returned back from a weeks holiday - never felt the need to write a review before but enjoyed my holiday and stay at the Little Polynesian so much I felt I had too. We stayed in of the beach front villas and every morning we were treated to the most stunning view possible, white sand, coconut trees, turquoise waters... More
