Irene and John were amazing hosts! Irene was so informative and she didn't hesitate to offer suggestions and advice on things to do and see in the area. The accomodations are charming and the views from the en-suite room were unlike anything I have ever seen. As other reviewers have mentioned you are given breakfast options as well as flexible... We can't say enough about this B&B. True, it is kind of out of the way but well woth the effort. Irene and John were great hosts. Room was immaculate and overlooked the water with beautiful views. Breakfast was on your time schedule with about anything you could want. We even got Irene's delicious cake recipe. Just a perfect place.

Beautiful views, great breakfast and a lovely comfortable en-suite room. On arrival there was tea and cake, and the chance to select your breakfast time and choices which made the next morning work well and set us up nicely for our tour of the Talisker distillery. Irene was a great host and gave us lots of sound recommendations for the... More

Irene greeted us warmly and provided tea and home made cake . Our room and en-suite were immaculate with the most amazing views. Perfect to capture the sunset. Irene has some of her quilting and hand crafts on display which enhance her lovely home. Breakfast was freshly prepared with many choices. It is a little remote but it is unique,... More

My fiance and I stayed in the cottage for a night during our trip to the UK and it was just lovely. The view was breathtaking and the service was fabulous. We especially liked that it was so remote yet so comfortable and welcoming. Irene has a traditional Scottish breakfast available if you chose and it is just delicious. Wish... More

This was an outstanding B&B stay. First of all, the view from the property as we drove up was absolutely beautiful - an amazing view of the Macleod's Tables, a cool topography of flattop volcanic formations visible across Loch Dunvegan. What we found inside was a clean, well-appointed home with a room all set up awaiting our arrival. The breakfast... More

We received a warm welcome and spent some great time in this lovely house. Gorgeous view, super friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. It is a bit remote but well worth the drive. The room was tastefully decorated with quiltwork done by Irene herself. Also Irene and John were helpful were to go and what to visit - we had... More

a most wonderful view compliments this B&B absolutely. Very comfortable, cosy, very clean, lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent and the en-suite was very good. Although it seemed a long route to reach it it was well worth arriving at what I consider a truly 5 star place.

had a wonderful time, what else can be said? Hospitality was out of this world, the room, the views from the bedroom, breakfast... We were invited to a local family ceilidh, a traditional scottish dance, and had a wonderful time and lots of fun Thanks again John & Irene for everything!!
