I disagree with the negative feedback regarding this place. The hotel is clear, comfortable, and almost on the beach. The only thing between the hotel and the perfect beach are 2 restaurants where you can have a great lunch or dinner. And on a 3 minute walk you find some local restaurants that serve great food as well. The hotel... More

My wife and I stayed one night at Hotel La Luna. That was enough for us. The location is very quiet and peaceful, the room was clean enough but this place really lacks facilities and service. Lucas the owner really needs to up his game. I don't think service is very high on his list of priorities. He was more... More

I went with my family two weeks ago, trying to find a relaxed play to rest. The place looked kind of "abandoned", our room was dusty, the restaurant is not working anymore (we ate in restaurant near by) and is was run by one single lady - she was very friendly though. The day we were there, they run out... More

We have enjoyed our visit and this the 3rd. time, the rooms are very clean, and comfortable bed. excellent swimming pool and beach front. Important is the personal attention from the owner. The place is 12 minutes away from downtown is you are interest in a quite peaceful environment.

I have stayed in this hotel twice. The first visit in April of 2010 with my sister and the second with a group of 10 in January of 2011. The rooms were very clean with crisp cotton sheets (unlike the pilled polyester in El Valle). Luca is the owner, chef and all around good guy who was very helpful with... More

First night was fine, second night the hotel closed at 8 p.m. If you expect to get a meal or a drink, don't count on it.

Good location, interesting presentation. Bring earplugs for the very cute, but very consistant neighborhood sentry/rooster dog pack. Quirky a/camd poor hot water pressure might lead you to believe that its a no go, it works and is all drawn together by Luca the owner. He is worth the price of admission all by himself....and he also make a pretty good... More

I stayed at Hotel La Luna for two nights as part of a group on a real estate tour. It has the potential to rate higher with a little effort. All rooms are in the same block, either on the ground floor or upper floor. All rooms overlook the pool. The hotel is also a very short walk to Uverito... More
