We stayed in this Hotel for a week during our trip to Naples Herculanium, Pompei, Versuvius. Hotel staff are second to none. Very good, very attentive and could not do enough to keep us happy. Reception was very helpful, even providing umbrellas when it rained. The shuttle service was free locally, so restaurants and public transport were in easy reach.... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Nowhere on our website is written free shuttle to city center, please, check better: www.hotelsanmauro.it. We offer a free shuttle bus to the closer metro station. Airport is really 5 Km from the hotel and I'm so sorry that taxy asked you € 40.00 for only 5 km. Probably taxi driver took a... More

Stopped in this hotel for a business trip, easy to get to by car but nothing around the hotel, feels a bit out of place. Hotel itself is quite nice, rooms are comfortable and everything you need, good decor and looked modern. Restaurant was excellent, food cooked to perfection. Bar staff helpful. Little English spoken but I can't speak Italian... More

Hi friends, Let's start right away with the good things which of course apply for my stay which was in room 104. - First impression - good looking hotel, elegant and spacious, and hey, upon arrival we found sandwiches, wine and gnocchi! A nice greeting I would say and a quick check in. - Besides a minor crack in the... More

Was very nice and the staff were polite, the hotel grounds were good and there are many facilities. The food was lovely and breakfast was mainly pastries but tasted so fresh! The location is a bit out of the way but the local supermarket is just downstairs. The room size though was fantastic boasting great views and a large room... More

Good hotel. Enough parking space. Neat and clean rooms specious to accommodate two. Good location. Helpful staff espcially the Barman of the bar in the lobby. It appears Italians dont believe in drinking water or tea coffee in the rooms as no such arrangements provided. It has a reasonable sized swimming pool. Breakfast was OK. The staff hardly understands english... More

Booked a last minute holiday with cheap flights and was attracted by its competitive prices , less than 40% of some of the hotels in Naples and along the coast. It is a large modern hotel, the rooms were clean and very spacious. There is free wi fi throughout the hotel but it proved very intermittent in nature. It has... More

The best thing about this hotel is is proximity to Vesuvios Restaurant just a few hundred meters down the road. Do not miss this gem for dining. More food than you can eat, of excellent quality for the low price. The hotel itself has gotten run down. The carpets in both our room and public areas were filthy in need... More
