This hotel is a sicilian faulty towers! Looked good on arrival but once inside quite a different story. There were shopping trolleys in the swimming pool, balconies rusted and falling off, filthy bedrooms and carpets. Best of all was the restaurant! We were very hungry but not able to finish the courses because an overweight drunk waiter took our plates... More

It's definitely not worth it. First of all, I booked the hotel because they say they had free shuttle service from the airport. They dont, it's 25 euros each way. The hotel is very run down. One whole level is deserted. It has a molding smell, the rooms are very dusty and aren't serviced if no one is there. The... More

It is very very nice hotel, and quiet at night. Wi Fi connection in the room was good. Best of all are the staff who are very helpful The rooms are cleaned often if required and breakfast is plentiful and nourishing. Very very nice food service. Great

Think of any scary movie in which a hotel is involved, and that what this dump is. Not one good thing about it. Everything was dirty, the A/C is from the 1980's, rude and creepy staff, th e room is skeevy and in general disrepair. Save your money and sleep in your car.

This was a one night stop over after arriving in the evening at Palermo airport. It is a rather basic hotel, the rooms were pretty shabby and the welcome at reception was rather cold to say the least. Thankfully we had a hire car but even still the hotel was not that easy to find and it was not located... More

Title says it all really, this hotel is clearly one which is run into the ground without any investment whatsoever. It's dirty and incredibly untidy. My room was very dated, I had a lamp which had been smashed and glued back together which also had a broken lampshade which was hanging off. This was perched on top of my graffiti'd... More

We stayed at this place as our flight to Palermo was diverted to Catania, and didn't get back to Palermo until nearly midnight. Faced with a 2 hour drive at night into Sicily's interior, we decided to find a local hotel, that would take us at very short notice, and was recommended by the guy on the car hire desk... More

While the actual hotel is modest the support staff are superb! Alberto went out of his way to assist us in every way! What a wonderful employee he is!!!! Someone needs to speak with the neighbors about the barking dogs!!!!! Otherwise, highly recommended.

Situated only a 15 minute drive from Punta Raisa airport, with views over the sea from the front and the mountains at the back, the hotel is in a very good location if you are looking for somewhere to stay after a late arrival or for an early departure. The room was clean and spacious; the reception efficient; the breakfast... More
