Since the new owners came into the Dyvels Inn over the Summer I have visited the pub several times. With a refreshed look, a great menu, fantastic choice of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks this is a 10/10 visit. P.s. with a visit to the Dyvels Inn you MUST try the Scotch Egg.

We've been to the Dyvels so many times over the years and it has always been a firm favourite, for beer and food. The accommodation was also pretty good. We were in Corbridge for the first time in some 4 years and decided to spend the night here, a very good choice! It has had a total makeover since our... More

Found this place just off the train. We stayed for some lovely beers while a Christmas party was celebrating and came back later to enjoy The Dyvles Inn house special burger. Our friends had the trio of sausage and mash which came in three delicious flavour. We will be back to enjoy more beers and enjoy sitting by the fire!

Very handy for touring Hadrian's Wall and Roman sites. Small country hotel a short drive out of Corbridge. Friendly locals bar, clean comfortable rooms - a bit old fashioned, but good atmosphere. Excellent, very unusual Indian restaurant 100 yards away - see my review of The Valley

The bedrooms are large clean and very comfortable. The breakfast excellent. Corbridge is a beautiful town to base yourself if you are just walking or checking out Hadrians Wall and the many Roman camps locally. This town is not only beautiful but very rich in history.

We had read good things about 'traditional and lively' place but have to confess it lacked ambience and staff training. Didn't feel like it knew what it's new role was.Early days, I suspect so might revisit when paint is drier!

Dear Faith B - thank-you for visiting us - we are sorry you feel the place was lacking - it has just been recently relaunched and we do hope you will try us again soon. We now have four B&B rooms, a fresh menu and a great range of craft and cask beers, alongside some excellent wines. Regarding lack of... More

Under new management, The Dyvels Inn retains the atmosphere of a traditional Inn. It is close to the railway station and adjoining sports grounds. The menu is limites but is of excellent quality. You will be met by a warming log fire and a friendly hello. My visit was for lunch.

Stayed here for two nights. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. I wasn't informed at the time of booking or checking in that only continental breakfast is provided. Gino was abrupt when we queried what time breakfast was served. He didn't have much inclination to communicate with us each time we met, until the morning we left when we were talking... More

Pretty basic place. Nice enough, decent selection of beers and ales and food looked nice although we didn't have any. It is ideally placed next to Corbridge train station. The beer garden is large and pleasant but the bar area itself is small and cramped.
