We stayed here in March 2015 with another couple and had chosen this hotel based on reviews of both hotel and the food. On arrival we had to wait for quite some time at the bar to be checked in and noticed a sign saying that the kitchen was closed. I asked the owner if breakfast was still available and... More

been going to this pub since 1997 and it's now better run than it ever has been, great beer, great menu, Gino rubs a great pub, cosy in the winter with a roaring fire and airy in the summer with a great beer garden.

Was back up north for Christmas and ended up in the devalues, had a lovely evening - great beer and excellent host, Gino. Made us all feel very welcome, so we ended up going back again on boxing day, was equally as impressed. Highly recommended for a beer, wine, or whatever you fancy!

I don't know where to start! Prawn cocktail starter served without a plate under the dish no garnish eg lemon had to ask gor a plate cutlery and lemon - main course roast beef dinner - 1 slice of beef and cold very under cooked veg and OMG SMASH served as mashed potato. I could understand if we had walked... More

Me and a colleague were working up in the area and staying in a local B & B. Asked the landlady about this place and told us that the food was good and he looked after his beer(sounded good to me). Walked in the first night to greeted by the landlord(Dino), the bar is old worldly but nice plenty of... More

Super location, 5 minute walk from the centre of corbridge. Nice size room, room 6. Very clean super comfy bed, quiet. Excellent breakfast simple check in and out.Highly recommend. We'll be back. Next time I'll certainly want to try the menu, food look first class.

Note: I ate here but did not stay overnight. This pub served excellent food cooked by a skilled chef who cared not only about producing quality food but also presenting it in a tasteful way that is typically lacking at most pubs (e.g., colorful greens/vegetables served with fish and chips). I was very impressed, and the prices were no more... More

We were pleased with our room (though small) and its smart, newish bathroom. Our breakfast was poor because we do not eat 'full English' breakfasts and they don't have much else to offer: just toast from sliced bread and marmalade/jam and a very cheap muesli with no 'bits'. We might have had eggs but were told they were not free-range.... More

We three wives of three fishermen had a lovely stay with Gino at The Dyvels Inn. This is a small and comfortable pub/hotel. The place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious, with top quality ingredients (including home made black pudding when we were there). There is a good choice of home made food with smaller portions available in the bar.... We stayed here for one night after a day running at Kielder. The staff very extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast home cooked and delicious. What more can you ask from a pub B&B.
