Stayed one night. We got a room with a great view of the church on the hill across the bridge. There was a fridge in the room. The place is very quiet. There is free parking across the road. However, the room does need a refresh, which surprised me given the earlier reviews. The grout in the shower is unacceptable. I attach photos. The beds are not great. The room was a reasonable size, bigger than many we have stayed in on this trip. But the two chairs were uncomfortable against my back. I was unable to review the restaurant separately on TA. We had a very enjoyable meal (4/5). Service was friendly. The choice is narrow but that was not a problem. There is a good range of wines. Good quality food. I would recommend the restaurant but not the hotel.

The room was quite small, but had a very romantic view. Service oriented staff and excellent food both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At dinner we chose the chef's choice and it was the best we ever had

We stayed here for two nights as part of a cycling holiday and the weather was absolutely awful ! It rained torrentially for two days so tbh the place didn't look it's best. However the staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The food was well cooked and tasty and the room was warm and comfortable.

Stayed overnight. Nice place to stay, very scenic surroundings. Not the easiast place to drive to, but part of the pleasure about Logis hotels is thir location. The hotel was quite quirky and individual. Staff OK, not over friendly. The restaurant was good, and the food excellent. Nice room, overlooking the bridge.

despite nasty cold weather, we stopped at this hotel for one night. Nice place to see just touring above the river, our room was small but nicely furnished, bathroom was redone recently, our twin beds were comfortable, pillows too, the room was not oustanding but nice enough, our meal was very tasty with good dishes, I had fish with dark rice and vegetables and a very nice fresh strawberry soup with iced soufflé, very nice indeed. our breakfast next morning was also well supplied for, cereals, fresh bread, all kinds of fresh fruits, dairy and ham and cheese. Quite enough for us . Altogether a nice stop to discover the region. If you can choose your room prefer the riverside ones, wifi did not work in our room. ( N° 4)

Don't be put off this hotel by some of the negative comments. It is not furnished like a typical anonymous chain 5 star, but it's perfectly clean and comfortable, has effective air con and fantastic views over the bridge and Tarn to the rest of the village from the bedrooms, terrace and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and informal. The food is very good traditional regional French fare and very reasonably priced as is the wine. Lovely walks from the hotel along the river, over the bridge and up to the abbey. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel du PONT is in a gorgeous position at the end of the bridge on the other side of this tiny town and on the banks of the Tarn. The rooms are simple but good. The swimming pool is great. The ambience is impersonal and efficient. We had half board and the food is standard fare with a good bar and range of wines.

We stayed in this hotel with our family of 4 during Summer 2016. It's a nice smaller and cosy hotel, I guess around 20 rooms, a nice outdoor swimming pool and a very friendly staff. We where welcomed and greeted in a very nice way, we were shown around the hotel and felt immediately welcome ! We stayed here for 7 nights, and another nice thing is the interaction with all other guests from various countries ( France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, UK,... ). By the end of the holiday period, we knew most of the guests staying in the hotel, so this was a fantastic feeling. Also we could share experiences about places to visits, etc.. In the area are very cool sightseeing's, like Cordes-sur-Ciel, kayak in Trébas, Albi,.. We even went to Carcassonne ( 2 hours drive), but it was worth it !
