If this hotel were a bit cheaper, I would have nothing bad to say, but for the price, I definitely find it average, I would say over-rated. The pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. Staff was friendly, gym was convenient, comfy bed. A lot of carpets, which I dislike because of allergies but over-all, my stay... More

Great location on the lake and north of Quebec City. Just a short drive [about 25 minutes] to the city. This facility is very relaxing and comfortable. If you want to see Quebec City but prefer staying in a quiet, country setting, this is a good hotel choice. However, I did find some of the staff to be rather unfriendly.... More

I have been here 2 seperate times and I enjoyed both my stays. It is a lovely place that has been recently renovated. Participated in a beautiful late-summer wedding and the service was perfect ! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cozy. The landscape is beautiful. Some rooms have very small bathrooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my sister and her family. The hotel is somewhat old fashioned. My husband said he had never seen so many sprinklers in a building! But the beds were comfortable and the rooms large. We did not have a lake view, in fact we had no view from our balcony, which was a shame,... More

If it was possible to give a lower review I would. We went her for a family wedding. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. We arrived to find more then half the parking lot blocked off, the half nearest the motel. Including the Handicapped parking spaces and access to the front door. I had to bring everything from the... I wasn't particularly impressed by this hotel. I stayed here for two nights on business. The real attraction is the beautiful environs. Set on a lake and near to multiple hiking trails in the mountains, it really is picturesque. However, the hotel is getting old (they were completely overhauling the outside when I stayed), and the rooms need updating. The... More

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding reception in the hotel. It was so convenient being able to go from our room to the dinner and dance floor so easily, especially since we had kids with us. The hotel looks a bit like an older motel from the outside, but the inside feels like old style English with... More

We planned a family getaway in March and we wanted to stay close to ski resorts and Village Valcartier. We opted for Manoir Delage. We were very satisfied with the European style rooms although they were a bit small in size. What really disappointed us was the snobbish and unfriendliness service at the front desk. It was actually quite surprising... More

We roomed here after staying in the famous Ice Hotel. The Ice Hotel messed up our subsequent booking at the Four Points Sheraton and offered us this place instead. It was more expensive but, the scenic view sounded nice. Friendly staff at check in and a nicely appointed room. One small problem. The room is eco-friendly with motion sensor lights.... More

Our family of 6 stayed over Christmas week- close to all the attractions we wanted to do- plus outside the city in a fabulous surroundings- lots of activites for the kids/teens. A microwave would have been helpful- the breakfast buffet was great but expensive for families. Wish I'd know the "tea service" was a kuereg- Was told the charge was... More
