We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with tea and cakes on arrival and wonderful breakfasts every morning. En-suite rooms were clean and comfortable. Both Catherine and Eamonn were excellent hosts. If you are planning on visiting this area I would certainly recommend a stay at Cloonlara Lodge!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here early June 2014. We received a lovely warm welcome on our arrival. The room like the rest of the house was excellent with cleanliness of a very high standard . Which to be fair we totally expected given how well the garden was maintained. The view to the front of... We stayed at this delightful B&B for two nights and found the accommodation excellent, as the room was spacious and homey. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Outstanding accommodations with a wonderful "CHOICE" of breakfasts. Catherine and Eamonn and their son were exceptionally warm and friendly. The interior was decorated beautifully and location to town very convenient. I would recommend this B&B highly!

A comfortable B and B with a good choice of breakfast. Eight of us stayed there for the weekend as we were going to a funeral. Disappointed we were charged for a toilet seat that our daughter only sat on and it broke.

Amazing stay! The hospitality and clean rooms was very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and coffee perfect! I will be staying here again due to it's good price and close proximity to Knock Airport!

We spent 1 night here on our Irish holiday. Eamonn welcomed us with afternoon tea and introduced us to Bruno,. We had asked for a king bed and Catherine kindly emailed to say they didn't have one but offered us a family room with double and single bed. the room was clean and comfortable. Lovely Irish breakfast cooked by Catherine.... More

Spent a wonderful break away at this delightful lodge in the west of Ireland. The owners Eamon and Catherine are the perfect hosts (including Bruno). Excellent facilities all round. The full Irish Breakfast is a must with lovely homemade breads. You will not be disappointed with this choice of accommodation.

We needed a spot at the last minute and stumbled on this from sheer luck. Talk about "hale fellow well met!", if you didn't know that Eamon once ran a public house, it should not take you more than about 10 seconds to figure it out. We were at home in the instant, sampled homemade bread, met a yellow lab... More
