Good price providing you simply want a clean bed for the night with toilet facilities you cant go far wrong with travel lodge. Clean, tidy, fresh bedding - staff sort of welcoming when they come to the reception desk. My only grumble was the over power smell of spicy food on the second floor.

The travelogde team were very helpful and the room was clean it's just a shame about outside noise and a hard mattress that affected our stay. We have stayed many times with lots of different travelodges and the new look is much better, the reception was very welcoming.

Hotel was comfy and clean, staff were friendly and very helpful in resolving our issue. Flexible booking meant we were able to cancel or change the booking up until 1 on day of arrival, Was worried it would be noisy with traffic being so close to the A1 but it was fine. Just a shame that they charged 13p a... More

Booked on line to stay last night - totally hassle free. Entrance not easily seen, but go into the Shell Garage. Room spacious, well lit, warm, comfy bed, shower and shampoo dispenser, tea and coffee but unusually, no hairdryer. Traffic noise but would return and ask for room facing back.

Generally okay but stained sheets was disappointing. Quite noisy but hotel is right on the A1 so to be expected and rooms have double glazing. No one in reception every time we went in but we're quick to respond to the call button.

We stayed 4 nights on a visit to see family. Positives:- The hotel was as expected - clean and tidy room and bathroom, adjacent Little Chef (a little expensive but overall good) quiet well soundproofed room - important as the hotel was adjacent to the Black Cat roundabout on the A1. A good sized room with king size bed. Negatives:-... More

We stayed on a Saturday night going between Bletchley Park and Duxford. The location was great and hardly a tourist mecca so great value. The rooms very fresh and spacious - in fact they look a little short of furniture now they do not have a bed settee as standard. The bed was mega comfortable - best night's sleep in... More

I booked my one night stay with Travelodge as a surprise for my fiance as we was heading out to Bletchley Park on Sunday and booked it for the Saturday. I mainly booked it for its location being close to the area and conveniently near accessible roads. We were greeted kindly at reception, asked if we needed anything else and... More

Firstly I looked at reviews and the negatives about staff are untrue! They are friendly and helpful! The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable! The rooms are fresh and well decorated. The BIG negative for this hotel is the noise!!! It's literally on the black cat round about!!! The A1 is constant, it starts getting really noisy at... More
