The Strathardle is magic, we approached at night and we were greeted by the warm glow from the windows and an even warmer welcome. Great rooms, warm comfortable and a big bed. Great little bar, which had a locals darts match going on, so some top atmosphere. Fantastic meal in the restaurant. Definitely planning a return trip.

Food was at best ok chain pub quality and very overpriced the bar man is miserable in the extreme no smile or attempt to engage with customers. If you can i'd eat elsewhere. We didnt stay so cannot comment on anything else.
