I've stayed at countless premier inn's and have always found the rooms, service and breakfast to all be of exceptional quality. At this premier inn, it was a sadly different story purely on the breakfast! It was vile. We where at the restaurant for 6:30am when it opened and where the only guests. There was no Costa coffee machine, or... More

We had a 1 night stop over in room 19 for a trip to Beaulieu the following day. Although we set the air conditioning to 17 degrees we still had a hot and sweaty night. The windows are secured shut so no other way of getting any cool air. Didn't want to complain at 2am so put up with it;... More

This was my first stay in a Premier Inn, as part of a birthday treat. Taking the bedroom first, it was not that far short of a Holiday Inn room. The bed was comfortable with excellent pillows, large, decent TV, a chaise longue (honest) and a reasonable bath.shower and toilet. The one downside was that the windows didn;t open and... More

No complaints about this hotel at all. Met all my expectations - room was a good size, very clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom, plenty of lights and mirrors so we could all get ready at the same time. Very quiet at night and in a quiet spot. One happy family!

Stayed with family for one night as have used this hotel several times previously. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. Ate evening meal in attached restaurant which was good. The only thing that let it down was the time it took to be served breakfast. As it is a small hotel there is no hot buffet and... More

This is a lovely hotel, unsure why people wish to bring the hotel down because of the restaurant. It's a value pub/cheap cheerful place, if you expect more, go elsewhere to eat. We found the pub food as described on the tin, cheap and cheerful. Hotel staff extremely polite and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights during October half term and we were 2 adults with 3 children aged 9, 7 and 5. The double bed was big enough to have the small child in with us and the other 2 children had their own beds. The room didn't feel too cramped either. The breakfast while quite tasty and very filling... More

Having normally booked travel lodge because of price and premier always more expensive I have to say that I woudk now be prepared to pay the extra for the overall better experience . The staff are very friendly and the meal deal of dinner and breakfast was well worth it . Best breakfast we have had as a family and... More

We were really pleased with this hotel for an overnight family break to the New Forest. The location was good and the room was perfect for two adults and two children. It was a good size family room and very clean. Plenty of parking.
