On arrival we were advised where to park and offered tea and scones. The room was delightful, clean and tidy with sea views, and had everything you would need. Had a friendly welcome from Sue. Location is very close to the centre of Beer but be warned there is a steep walk down which means a steep walk back up. It has off road parking. Excellent B & B - we stayed 2 nights and had a really comfortable stay - really clean and comfy with a great breakfast and our hostess was really friendly and helpful. The house is modern and roomy and whats more you get a sea view. It is a steep but very short walk down into Beer.
