We had lunch here a while ago. The sticky beef is to die for and the duck was delightful. We had a voucher so the price was halved but I think even paying full price we would certainly go again. The pub is fairly plain but the service is good and the food is definitely the star of the show.

We came for a family birthday meal. We have always found the pub to have a really friendly warm atmosphere and the food has never let us down yet! Only downside was our waiter was young so he didn't truly know how to interact with customers and was a bit too keen to remove our plates as soon as we... More

Went for dinner the other night and had a lovely meal. The mixed fish grill and the mixed grill were excellent. Really well cooked and very tasty. The service staff were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Was a Thursday night and not particularly busy. Definitely recommend.

Room was double booked and follow up actions were unsatisfactorily handled and we were made to feel that our holiday experience was worthless. We had previously stayed on 3 occasions and this counted for nothing :-( will never go again!

This was our 4th visit to to the fantastic establishment and every time we have been it has been exceptional. The staff are attentive and professional and the food is excellent. We visit many pubs but only wish this one was on our doorstp and not 40 miles away!

This was our second visit to the Bath Arms and it lived up to our expectations, we used a travel zoo voucher £29.00 for 2 course and a glass of wine, the food was excellent and the staff were lovely, the pub is cosy and welcoming would definitely recommend.

We chose to celebrate my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary in a private room at The Bath Arms. We couldn't have made a better choice. The staff, and in particular Ginny, were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us, providing is with all the little extras that I requested to make it a really special day for my parents.... After a walk around neighbouring Shearwater, part o the nearby Longlete Estate, my wife and I visited this pub for a light lunch, without having booked a table. The place was very busy, but the staff found us a table. The menu had numerous dishes which both of us would have chosen. The service was quick and very attentive, which... More

Called in for just for a quick midweek lunch bite but it was superb. Lovely atmosphere, blazing fire, good food and excellent Wessex Ales. Thoroughly recommend this free house. I've got to write at least 200 characters so here are some more words.
