Jerome is just an amazing guide, with a great sense of humor and a great love for people. He picked us up in the middle of the night after a terrible 2 days and 14 hours delay with LAN from Tahiti. He really made us feel at home and the next day we did an great full day tour with... More

What a lovely little place. Clean, by the ocean and Rano Kau just around the corner. Jérôme is super friendly and will show you around Hanga Roa. The hotel is a bit further from the city but you can still walk and to see the island you will have to rent a car or scooter anyway. I highly recommend this... More

While the hosts were very friendly, the rooms were average for the price. My room smelled damp and musty; the shower leaked a bit onto the floor. Breakfast and dinner were delicious; watching the sunset from across the street was beautiful. It is a bit of a walk from the downtown area and not well lit at night. Jerome is... More

This facility markets itself as a bed-and-breakfast, but it is really closer to a hostel. The rooms are okay, and priced fairly inexpensively for Easter Island. But you should be aware that is more than 2 miles outside of town, with nothing nearby. If you stay here, you really do need a car, which you might be able to rent... More

Should my husband and I ever go back, we would definitely stay with Jerome again! Each morning we were greeted with smiles to a traditional french breakfast of bread, jam, coffee, tea, juice, meat and cheese. The hotel is located right across the street from the Ana Kai Tanata cave, which is a beautiful site for relaxation and a romantic... More

Jerome was a wonderful host during our stay on Easter Island. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jerome who provided us with a tropical garland and then proceeded to take us for a brief tour of the Main Street and surrounding area. After a drink of juice, he shared with us some additional insight about the island. Breakfast is served... More

Rapa Nui! What an amazing place to visit. Our visit was made even more special by the fact that we stayed at Chez Jerome. After reading many reviews about accommodations on the island we decided to book a package at Chez Jerome which included, one full day tour of the island, two half-day tours and dinner ever night, with breakfast... I really recommend this place!!!We stayed here for 3 night's and were very happy with our decision. Jerome is really an excellent host, we had an amazing time thanks to him. He took the time to show us the entire island and explain us all the history behind the Moais. The hostel was clean and comfortable and the food was... More

nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. we had personalized service, a great pick-up and drop off at the airport, nice tour of downtown on the way in, and help with a car rental which was great! i also liked the location and personality of the place. would stay again.

The tours led by Jerome really made us feel like we had gotten the most out of Easter Island during our short stay. Even though he has performed them countless times, his passion and enthusiasm for the island and its history remains. I also really loved the welcome and departure 'gifts'. The breakfasts were simple but satisfactory as well as... More
