The deal we signed specified breakfast included. Reservation was filed 4-5 weeks prior to arrival, certain mails were changed few day before that – all was confirmed. We were told all is fine, the place is ready for us, see you soon... In a fact we made a long way to find a closed gate... we had to wait more... More

We visited with 6 adults and 4 children, and it was like a dream for all of us. Well, the place is just beautiful, the panorma makes you feel in another world, the garden is huge, the apartments are cosy, beautifully furnished and with all facilities. The breakfast room is spacious and you can actually use it all day long.... More

In the middle of rolling Tuscan hills. Spectacular views. Good base for touring; in our week, we went to Siena, montepulciano, Rome, cortona and Florence. Accommodation faultless and well equipped. Good sized pool which the children (and adults) enjoyed. Helpful hosts. Highly recommended
