Very nice hotel on the way to Siena. Great welcoming on the reception and during all our visit. Breakfast was also nice but without view / outdoor area. The rooms were clean and nice (pretty standard).

The appartments are quiete large. We had 2 double bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with sat TV, terras. Free Wifi The area iq quiet, only the nearby road you can hear bit it's not that busy or disturbing. Swimming Pool is very nice! 30 min from Sienna , 50 min from Arezzo. As visitors from Belgium, and in love with Toscani and Umbria, we have stayed in many agriturismi in the region. Although there are many quite adequate agriturismi in the region, this one is to be recommended. We booked too late and this was all we could find. It is all new, and we sort of had the place to ourselves so late in the season. The lodging was adequate. We stayed in apartment ruota for 1 week. The apartment is located next to the parking and 2 meters away from a busy highway exit.
