Staff's English is not fantastic - but we got by.
Only dining option is the dining room serving a 4 course meal at both lunch and dinner which you have to indicate on arrival whether you will be partaking of.

We spent 3 days in Terme San Giovanni, great thermal water 37°, excellent wellness center and good italian cousine. we suggest only to book the superior rooms, bigger and well equipped than confort type
