Another Travelzoo deal. Stayed 2 nights with dinner on the 1st night. Room 46 in the main building. Room was reasonable large, very quiet with a view of tennis court & countryside.Everything worked but the wifi was slow - took ages to download my newspaper. Food was excellent & staff welcoming & attentive. But I like others would query why... More

I booked a room for my family in November 2013, unfortunately the hotel did suffer from a power cut, not the staffs fault I agree. However to say that the staff kept the bride and groom updated with what was happening is a complete fabrication, the staff whilst pleasant had no clue how to deal with this type of issue... More

Returned yet again for Sunday lunch. £18 for two courses. Lovely setting width attentive staff and food that has never disappointed no matter how many times we have been here. Sit with a pre-meal drink and gaze out at the views from this hill top setting. TIP: if you want to be able to see the views while you eat... More

As father-in-law to the bride I can only say her view of the day was far more accurate than the glossy reply provided by the management, particularly their view that they kept guests fully informed at all times. This is completely incorrect, the management went to ground hiding in their office. Things got so desperate at one point I with... More

We stayed on a Travelzoo offer like most other guests who were at the hotel. This was amazing value and we decided to stay for two nights. We were glad we did as it is in a very good position to explore the wonderful towns and villages of the Cotswolds. The room we stayed in was in the main house... More

We have just returned from an overnight stay at this hotel. This was a gift from my daughter and we decided to upgrade to an Executive room for a small supplement. This was a good idea as we had a nice, spacious room with a balcony which would have been lovely to sit out in had the wind not decided... More

I was a guest at a friends wedding in November 2013 & the staff of Cricklade complex were abysmal!!! On the day of the wedding there was a power cut.....we can accept that these things do happen but the staff failed to mention anything to us or any member of the wedding party. Apart from friends there this would of... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights on a Travelzoo deal - £99 bed and breakfast, and a three course dinner each. We had a most enjoyable stay, and enjoyed the food. All the Staff were good too. My husband played nine holes of golf and enjoyed the snooker room. Our room was comfortable. We went on two cycle... More

Stayed here overnight on a Travelzoo bed, breakfast and 3-course dinner deal with another couple. We decided we would like tea and cake mid-afternoon on Saturday to see us through until dinner, but there was a wedding on and this unfortunately meant everything else in the bar/kitchen area was pretty much at a standstill while they were being served their... I stayed here this week in one of the rooms in the courtyard. Looks like it has had a makeover apart from the bathroom. Large room, perfectly comfortable if a little basic. Very quiet with lots of friendly staff. The bar and breakfast area are a little like going back in time. Would stay again for the odd night.
