too bad, for this hotel location, beautiful from the outside, nice staff, but definitely not a 4 star...nice room full of dust, they decorated the rooms with very nice design lamp from Artemide and other , but they never been dusted..lots of web spiders ( even in the corridors) , first day they did not vacuum the room or bathroom... More

The service at this hotel wasn't simply sullen and sluggish, it was down right rude. As an example: at check in (on a Saturday night) we were told 'I warn you' ( 'je vous previens') that breakfast hours are strickly enforced. The next morning, the sullen patron's attitude hadn't changed. We couldn't wait to leave - and won't be back,... More
