very friendly staff, good clean rooms, very good wellness area, excellent for nature walks and for visiting small villages across the German border, must be wonderful to stay here when it snows outside

If you are on the road and drop by for one night, you won't use all the advantages like great nature surrounding, pool, spa, etc. The room is just fair. Would require refreshing though. The in room WC had no lock in the door so couldn't even close the door well. But great park surrounding makes you calm and relaxed... More

Very convenient, although not really charming. If you like authenticity, charm, rusticity, etc forget it. However if you want a convenient place with a lot of facilities, then I would recommend it. We were there as a family of 4, with 2 boys of 6 and 8. We enjoyed a lot the nice walks in the surroundings, the swimming pool,... More

We have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at Easter. Reception staff is friendly and talks multiple languages. We received a room on the 1st floor with separate toilet and bathroom with big window to enjoy the nature. Room size is fine, amenities as well, good bed and a bottle of water every day. We only had breakfast at... More

Nice place. N°1 asset for this place: excellent situated for walks in one of the most beautiful areas of Belgium. Value for money is ok. The place itself is impeccable, but offers not much of an atmosfere. More like a conference centre for business occasions. Food is good, prices correct. Staff is nice and helpfull. If you're not into wellness... More

I reserved a family room with our 2 children. If we wanted to use the swimming pool (try not to with 2 kids)we had to pay 60 euro. I called ahead to double check and was assured that for a family room there were no extra charges. Guess what? at check in (after driving for more then 2 hours...), they... More

Most remaining impression: chaotic!! Chaotic reception service, chaotic breakfast… is there anyone responsible that noticed that one single, super slow machine cannot serve all (really bad) coffee, tea, warm milk, etc. to so many hotel guests? There was not one single minute during our breakfasts when there was not a (huge) queue for the coffee machine. Really not pleasant and... More

I spend 2 nights in this hotel (company seminar). Room was nice and clean but rather small, excellent shower with lots of water!!! Very nice staff. Spa isn't very large and the swimming pool needs to be refreshed. Diner was ok, but small portions. Breakfast was good. The surrounding are beautiful, excellent place to hike!

We stayed at this hotel with our young children during the Spring of 2011 and will be back! The hotel had an indoor swimming pool and the chidren (2) stayed for free at a family rooms (2 interconnecting rooms). We had dinner at a local restaurant but did enjoy hotel breakfast. Beautiful area and great to explore the region. We... More

Stayed for a weekend with kids, a nice location and in-house spa (unfortunately not able to try), everything deserves a sold grade, nothing outstanding though. Hotel personnel could have been friendlier
