One night stay in building opposite hotel. Odd rude attitude in dining room '...you should have read your letter and reserved a table' . We had arrived on spec so attitude quite unnecessary given half the tables were empty. Other staff were friendly. Got bill wrong. All a pity because position and facilities are good. Retraining required for greeter in... more

The location is great HOWEVER we were offered a room in the annexe and where very very disapointed. The corridors where shabby and in need of decoration as was the bedroom itself but the matresses where an absolute disgrace and a terrible nights sleep.. more

As a party of 13 that had booked (expensively) on a DB&B basis, we felt like second class citizens especially in the restaurant for dinner with less than a polite attitude from the head waiter. Rooms well below standard expected at the price paid. No warm welcome at reception. A course for the staff at a charm school would not... more

We booked a executive double room, and while the room itself overall was nice, I wasn't quite sure what we got for the executive tab. I called the hotel to ask and got a vague response mentioning robes and slippers, none of which we got. Our room was in the obviously converted attic in the main building, the Square room.... more

We stayed at Kenmore hotel via last minute.com and thought it would be a fantastic weekend after seeing all the nice reviews. Upon arrival, it wasn't too bad as a friendly staff introduced us the hotel and re-arranged the room from twin room to double. The room and the big bath room did impress me at beginning until the moment... more

Have stayed here for the Satire Classic Rally and Rudolph's Rumble motor sport events which start at the hotel. The rooms I have stayed in were excellent, though I have always been in the main building. The top floor rooms are accessed by lift or fire escape only, something I have only ever seen in the Carnoustie Golf Hotel. The... more

We travelled from glasgow for a family christening. The service was first class, the private dining room just right for a party of 20, full of period details and character. the food was very well cooked and wholesome, and tasty...... The rooms were surprisingly large, and our "family" room was actually a suite, a small room for my two wee... more

A Stunning Location with lovely views. Two nice bars with reasonably priced drinks and helpfull staff. (About 80 Single Malts in the Poets Bar) Food was good and a lovely view out over the river Tay with Loch Tay just to the side. Rooms are the problem. My father in law had no hot water for the two nights we... more
