I first went to this site when I was approximately 7 years old when it was family run and returned many times over the years. I stayed there again with my wife & children this August. Under its previous ownership it was well maintained and a great place to holiday, unfortunately it is now in the hands of the completely... More

My review is based on the entertainment only as we had originally booked to camp but due to the bad weather this week and the reviews we decided to get a caravan elsewhere but still used the camp for entertainment. The indoor swimming pool was great for my grandchildren. It caters for all ages but does get a little crowded.... More

When we arrived a very friendly member of staff explained everything and we were then shown to our pitch. The weather was awful, I can only describe it as torrential rain & winds. Once we had pitched our tent and took stock of our surroundings we realized the campsite was a complete mud bath... However apart from possibly re-assessing there... More

If your holiday involved staying in a static caravan/home you would probably have had a great holiday. This side of the holiday park was well maintained and staff were attentive to your needs. This is obviously where the money is. If you have young children who need entertaining day and night then again you will be well provided for with... More

A mud bath, fields more like a rave site, but so many camps have proper pedestrian walkways and make provision. white cliff Bay have put little thought/effort/£ towards this. Seen cars sliding dangerously near tents, staff should assess and advise/block roads/walkways to make it safe. Mens' shower block pathetic as although muddy feet expected, showers trickle. My son's hair was covered... More

We have been coming to this site on and off for about 15 years and have never been so disappointed. I admit that the weather hasn't helped things, but talk about Glastonbury the 2nd. The touring pitches ( what there is left of them ) are very poorly maintained. There is no proper drainage on the pitches to the point... More

The facilities on the site are better than previous reviews suggest. The indoor and outdoor pools are well managed with friendly, smiling lifeguards. The pools do get full in peak season but the staff try their best to make sure everybody gets a fair chance. The food in the Culver Club and the Nab Bar is quick and convienient. The... More

Touring site is not on the same complex as the static caravans, but in a field on a hillside across the road. Pitches were no way level with all tourers utilising levels to the extreme. Roads with the complex were just grass and when it rained it turned into mud as the water was running down the hill through the... More

We booked this holiday park with friends as we both have touring caravans. When we read the website it clearly stated that the serviced pitches were level.....this is totally untrue, the fields are all on a hill and there are few level pitches with most people on the site having to use levellers. We heard staff showing newcomers two pitches... More

I was very worried when I read some of the reviews for this place before I went so I feel I really do need to write a comprehensive review. We stayed in the canvas village in one of the bell tents so I cannot speak for the caravans or chalets, and we did notice that the touring sites had some... More
