Went to have a wee break with my BFF. Welcome very good and was asked if we were told there was a wedding taking place. My friend and I were not bothered. Room was beautiful however when the band started we realised we would not get a sleep. We went to reception and were told we could have the only... More

Beautiful hotel and the room was pure luxury. The staff were nice and helpful, stayed for dinner which was good but my husband had the steak which was very tough they cooked another one which was not any better. they addressed the problem and took it off our bill. Apart from this everything was brilliant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to glenskirlie. Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the hotel was decorated in a way which fused the past with the present. The rooms were lovely very individual in their decor. My room was lovely but i was disappointed that the bathroom only had a shower and no bath. The layout of the bathroom,... More

Well what can I say? My husband and I have stayed at lots of hotels and I have to say I think this is one of the best. We were in the Minihaha room on the first floor and it was absolutely wonderful: a massive, comfortable bed (really comfy), wooden shutters, a sofa, TV and a wonderful bathroom with so... More

i stayed here last night with my husband. We had purchased an itison deal and I wasn't too sure what to expect but I must say that I was really pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice and the staff member at reception was really very friendly and allowed us to access our room early, at about one o'clock. The... More

I loved this Castle because it was so different from anything I have ever stayed in. Went with my husband and our friends as we both had purchased Itison vouchers. Definitely worth the money we paid for an overnight stay and breakfast. Our room was beautiful, furniture of very high quality and so different from our friends in the next... More

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The room was lovely, very nicely decorated with molton brown toiletries as a bonus. Massive bath and lovely shower too. There was a wedding on but there was no wedding noise in our room. We ateat the grill, the server was lovely and the food was excellent. We asked if... More

We stayed one night on an itison deal. It was well worth the £99 B&B paid but I am not sure how happy I would be if I had paid the tariff of £240. The approach to the hotel and the initial impression of the reception is good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, my... More

Arrived to a lovely warm welcome at reception with very helpful staff. Our room (debutante) was beautifully decorated and had a lovely big roll top bath. We booked to have dinner in The Grill after seeing both menus from reception earlier in the day. We ordered drinks at 7.45pm when we arrived and had to ask 4 times to 3... More

This was an Itison deal and we upgraded to a mini suite (Minehaha room). The hotel reception area and decor was stunning, the hotel has been decorate to e high standard and they have paid particular attention to the furnishings and decoration to make it all seem sumptuous without being seedy. Our room was fantastic, wooden floors, super king bed,... More
