What I like about Chapel House is although it's not the modern, sleek hotel that I normally stay in, it has a homely comfort about it and you are looked after by the family who run it. Parking outside is difficult but with my offices nearby it makes this redundant, however coming here you have to look for the free... More

We have returned to Chapel House on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed - You always receive a warm welcome at Chapel House Restaurant with Rooms. It is a building of great character , with both comfortable, clean and spacious bedrooms. The garden is a delight and a joy to sit out and enjoy before dinner. The... More

People call me a "worldwide traveler", enjoying hotels from 3 to 5 stars in famous places thanks to my job. But this place.... has a special place on my list. It is the number one when it comes to breakfast. All is fresh, produced locally, well cooked, full of taste and flavors. You cannot compare it with places where you... More

Stayed overnight following a funeral. Warm reception from knowlegeable hosts. Gardens are lovely. Superb food in elegant dining room followed by good nights sleep in comfortable bedroom. Highly recommended.

shame - despite being a special occasion we were made to feel like the poor relatives and looked down on service slow after others attention to detail poor we would advise going elsewhere if you want to be made to feel special

Dear Guest, We are extremely sorry that you were disappointed with our service on your recent visit. We try hard to ensure we check with everyone that they are enjoying their evening as we go along. Admittedly there have been some extraordinarily busy evenings over the past two weeks and several parties/groups both in the main restaurant and the private... More

We stayed during the Richard III reburial commemorations and it is an ideal base for exploring the Bosworth villages. The hotel is very friendly and accommodating, with comfortable and well-proportioned rooms. Beds were warm and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were excellent. One word of warning - the hotel is close to the market square which has at... More

what a gem, a small hotel with an excellent restaurant, chef patron Richard and his lovely wife Siobhan made us very welcome and at home on our arrival after a long stressful day on business nearby. the rooms are very clean with surprisingly comfortable beds, tv tea making facility's and very powerful showers, after aperitifs in the lounge we enjoyed... I remembered this hotel from a year or more ago so I decided to make a return visit. It did not disappoint. It definitely has qualities that are hard to find. Friendly and welcoming, excellent food, excellent service, comfortable bed and superb shower. Thank you, I will be back.

My family and I had an excellent night at Chapel House during our brief stay in Atherstone. The hotel is spacious with lovely public areas and a garden area which were great for our children (3 and 5 yrs old). In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely top class. Hotel was very welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
