shame - despite being a special occasion we were made to feel like the poor relatives and looked down on service slow after others attention to detail poor we would advise going elsewhere if you want to be made to feel special

Dear Guest, We are extremely sorry that you were disappointed with our service on your recent visit. We try hard to ensure we check with everyone that they are enjoying their evening as we go along. Admittedly there have been some extraordinarily busy evenings over the past two weeks and several parties/groups both in the main restaurant and the private... More

We stayed during the Richard III reburial commemorations and it is an ideal base for exploring the Bosworth villages. The hotel is very friendly and accommodating, with comfortable and well-proportioned rooms. Beds were warm and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were excellent. One word of warning - the hotel is close to the market square which has at... More

what a gem, a small hotel with an excellent restaurant, chef patron Richard and his lovely wife Siobhan made us very welcome and at home on our arrival after a long stressful day on business nearby. the rooms are very clean with surprisingly comfortable beds, tv tea making facility's and very powerful showers, after aperitifs in the lounge we enjoyed... I remembered this hotel from a year or more ago so I decided to make a return visit. It did not disappoint. It definitely has qualities that are hard to find. Friendly and welcoming, excellent food, excellent service, comfortable bed and superb shower. Thank you, I will be back.

My family and I had an excellent night at Chapel House during our brief stay in Atherstone. The hotel is spacious with lovely public areas and a garden area which were great for our children (3 and 5 yrs old). In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely top class. Hotel was very welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We had a very long day, lots of driving and then visiting relatives. We needed some TLC and Chapel House delivered just that. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The best parts however were the friendly greeting, and wonderful food. My husband is still talking about the quality of the food, particularly the bacon and how fresh... More

Lovely night we spent here, including a delicious dinner. Vegetarian choices were excellent. Charmingly decorated, with cozy public areas & an outdoor garden. Feels like a home. Only complaint is the church bells all night long.

Staying for a few weeks at Chapel House, in Atherstone. Clean, comfortable, and probably one of the best breakfasts you'll ever eat. It's worthy of a five star hotel. You have to try this guy's scrambled eggs!!

This is the first time ever I write a review. It is simply because the experience was beyond expectation. The room was spacious. When we returned after a walk and after some relaxing we went for dinner. Well, this was just beyond words, the flavour combinations and textures so cleverly put together. It was a nice touch when the chef... More
