Loved our time here. The staff are brilliant and many have been there for years, so the service you receive is great. Really good resort, at a very good price. The rooms are really good, the pool are good, the beach is good and the restaurant is good.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and received well by the staff whom we found very friendly, promptly assisting us checking in our luggages. The place had a warm earthy feel because of the country-style motif that blended well with the huge landscaped surroundings. I quickly noticed that the rooms and other facilities were newly rennovated and... More

My wife and I spent 4 amazing nights here. The hotel is amazing - large pool that closes at 10pm with on duty life guard; a restaurant with great views of the ocean/pool/beach/gardens - great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff everywhere who say good morning/afternoon/evening with a genuine smile. Called the front desk for extra lotion, soap, water... More

We stayed in Casa de Santa Barbara for most of our trip and booked only one night at BBC. What's good about BBC is that they are not strict about early and late check-ins! We checked in around 9am and checked out at 3pm the following day, just as I requested. I immediately felt relaxed as soon as we were... More

I first went to the BBC back in the mid-90's, and made several trips there up until 2004, by which time more resorts were popping up at nearby Alona beach. If you visited the BBC prior to the ownership change and refurbishment, you will remember a very large property that was a bit austere in the accommodations and rustic in... More

Have stayed here for 2 nights. Nice pool, nice resort. One of nicest beaches I have ever seen in my life. The resort itself has a restaurant. For more restaurants and bars you need to go by taxi to town. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to calm down, lay back and relax..

This place is really perfect for relaxation. Nice and friendly staff specially our housekeeper. Nice beach front except for sea urchins if you will go further deeper area. Pools is huge enough and still can relax while on the lounge. The only thing missing to this place is that, not much things to do except beach and pool, dining and... More

Just had 5 days at the resort. A great beach, clean white sand and clear water and great staff. Everybody was always smiling and helpful. The only negatives were the persistent pearl sellers in the sea. There is some refurbishment going on to one of the restaurant blocks but it did not disturb the tranquility of the beach. Totally recommended.

It is possible to visit this Resort as a day visitor, as we did, for a modest fee. Credit for most of the fee is available against food and beverage purchases. The beach at the Resort is superb - gently shelving, carefully raked and very clean - and the pool area is spacious and pleasant. There are plenty of beach... More

Prince H is exactly on target. I was not aware that the glass bottom boat was included with the room charge. We were quoted a price of PHP 1,500. Maybe he paid for a better room. This was by far the best place we stayed at during the entire 23 days of our Philippines vacation. It is an excellent value.... More
