RELAX! This 13 room boutique hotel was built as a private home and it really shows. The place still has a family home feeling to it and much of the magic is that almost immediately you are made to feel part of the family... a very lucky family that lives in a beautiful home on a beautiful island. There are... More

I can't say enough about this place - the location, the beauty, the comfort, the staff (seriously so friendly and take care of whatever I need). I got my diver license here through the resort, saw the nearby islands, and really did whatever I wanted through and with them! Oh, and I live in Cebu, but the food here is... More

Delightful family run hotel. With a sensational beach and sunset, lovely staff and a wonderful boat trip to a little island where we ate bbq squid and swam with turtles. Not luxury, but priced accordingly. If your happy with simple comforts then this place will beat expectations. 3 days feels like 6 - swim, eat, read and watch the sunset.... More

We stayed here as one of our stops on our island hopping holiday in the Philippines. This is a nice little boutique type hotel, a good alternative to one of the sprawling, noisy resorts around Panglao Island. It’s a good home base if you’re out and about exploring or diving around this area of Bohol. It’s also a good resort... More

Let me start by listing down the things I didn't like about Ananyana: 1. You cannot swim in the beach. It's impossible. Even at high tide the water only came up to the middle of my thigh, and I'm only 5'1"! If you want to swim, you'll have to hire a boat to take you to another island. 2. The... More

This hotel has a nice ambience it's relaxing and not over crowded w which i really liked the staff were nice and the food was great although more expensive than other places there is a beach overlooking all the rooms. The hotel has dive tours. There is also a nice area to sit and relax. But what i didn't like... More

We spent 6 nights at Ananyana as a family. Kids loved the garden and small pool. Rooms a bit tired and not much in way of "luxury" (only shampoo, conditioner and small soap, and hair dryer. No lotions or face cloths, tea making facilities or shower caps). Beach was not very sandy and although resort staff worked hard to clean... More

although arriving late due to delay in transfer in Cebu City from airport to ferry we were greeted warmly and still got dinner late at night. the setting is far away from typical tourist spots (like overcrowded Alona beach) and we could do nice walks on the beach, sea kayaking, swimming in rather shallow water up to the reef. the... this is an update of my former review. Meanwhile I finished my diving movie, we had great dives in Panglao (as always) and particularly at Balicasag Island: http://youtu.be/Kmpgha_4wdI we stayed at the Ananyana for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. It's a small, classy resort, located at a more quiet part of Panglao (Doljo), but a motorbike taxi takes... More

We just departed from the resort today, and all i can say is that they live to their "Yes, it's true" when it comes to Hospitality, Service and Value for Money. It might not be a full YES (neighboring beach full of seaweeds-not their fault as their beach area are always cleaned, gone are the plants that gave shades and... More
