The hotel is great for couples or family. It is situated on the best part of Alona beach. The hotel's layout is spacious with good landscaping around the villas. It is clean and green. It has a very nice beachfront even on high tides. I love the pool which has a bar, you'll be able to enjoy your drinks while... More

This place is undergoing a major expansion so when we stayed only 7 villas were available. The building work (which we didn't hear at all) meant big discounts - we got a villa room-only for PHP 5000. I'm not sure what they'll be charging once the other 400 rooms are completed but I'd imaging it would be 3-4 times as... More

We got the bungalow at a reasonable price, but the service was non existing!! it was not possible to get any food or room service.. the minibar was extremely overpriced and the staff was rude. the security was unacceptable (the guard was sleeping when we got home in the evening)

I went to Henann Resort right before Xmas last year. We had no previous booking and walked in to reserve a bungalow. We were quoted one price while making the reservation, then when we arrived the following morning with all of our bags, the price had gone up - without any explanation. They said the woman the previous day must... More

2nd Visit: We definitely enjoyed our stay at Henann resort formerly Alona Palm during our first visit to Bohol on January 2007. On January 21-23, 2013 it was a blessing we booked there again and we stayed in Villa #1 and Villa #2. The resort was very well-maintained and all the staff were very warm and friendly specially Mayen who... More

We wanted a lil bit more of a better accomodation and walked into Henann to find out if they had a villa available. You can see there's construction happening behind the villas which apparently was bought by Boracay Regency Group. The rate we got didn't make me think twice of booking. The place is a ghost town and we loved... More

We only ate here so I can't comment in their accommodation. All in all the place look so quiet and very private. You will like it here if you want to stay out from many people in the beach especially on Holidays like New Year. We made a reservation thinking it will be fully booked but to our surprise, There... The resort itself looks really nice; there are 7 villas in front on the first row (but only villa 1-3 have a really nice view on the pool and ocean). The infinity pool is really nice and big. But even if the resort seems to be pretty new, all the furniture looks already old. The bedding is really cheap for... More

We stayed at this resort for five days in August. A huge construction work is going on at the back of the resort, but the hotel itself is still operating on a reduced scale. It has only 2 rows of 12 independent chalets, but only the first row 6 chalets are rented out now, because the rear row chalets are... More

This is a beautiful resort, with well-maintained gardens, a large pool, and a superb beach. As of today, there are only 12 villas, providing each guest with lots of attention. The rooms are not especially fancy or modern, but each one is quite large and well-appointed with plenty of closet space, a comfy bed, powerful air conditioning, and a great... More
