I am here now with friends expecting a great "Panglao" weekend, but since last night, our experience was more like an adventure - which is Ok, but not timely, than a Vacay. #1 The room we got is spacious and had comfortable beds, but the restroom is dirty. We saw cockroaches and the flush function isn't working, so you have... More

The hotel is located just by the beach, but it is only possible to go in the sea at high tide, otherwise it is too shallow. The rooms are in little bungalows and are satisfactory for sleeping. The water in CR is a bit salty, which is not very nice. Also, you have to ask the management to clean the... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2014. We were on a relaxed holiday. The room was fantastic, the staff unbeliveably friendly. Kind of hard to find this resort but it was beautiful. The food was excellent. But this is a very small resort run by the family. It took a long time to get the food as it... More

stayed there for several days. The atmosphere was quiet, the view to the ocean was nice and it was a good to relax. However, the staff were not kind at all. When I asked one of the staff to change the bed sheet, she said "maybe tomorrow" but she wouldn't do it the following day. The reason they did not... More

this family-ran resort is ideal for some quiet down time. totally relaxing. I loved their native cottages. the staff were all warm and friendly. it is far from Alona Beach which is exactly how I wanted things to be. great value for our money. great food. very reasonable rates.

The place is located at the very end of a rutted dirt road, so to get there is an ordeal in itself. The pool is not clean with milky water The beach at low tide is not swimmable due to the huge seaweed buildup The beds are tiny and hard The restaurant takes forever for even the smallest order There... We really enjoyed our stay here largly due to the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to use the hotel's car, for a small fee, to go on day trips and to the nearest beach area called Alona. The restaurant food was good and they were flexible in catering for my youngest child who wanted to eat simple... More

The owner is rude. I dont like to see her anymore. She is rude with us and other people. Staff are very pleasant. Thank you. The beach front was full of boats. UGLY. I understand that there are seaweeds on the beach because the beach was very natural. They have a swimming pool to compensate it. Cottage has a lot... More

This place we found trough our travel agents, we decides to choose it bcoz the beauty images we found on google. The resorts quite nice, with private swimming pool. The poor side was : this beach front resort dont have beach swimming area, make us dissapointed and the beach was so dirty, even the water so clear. And the worst... More

Bitaug Beach is located at the very end of Panglao in the south. The beach is plentiful of seaweed during low tide or high tide and scary to swim as you can't see what's beneath the seaweed. During low tide it's muddy and seaweed are everywhere on the beach. As far as the room, you pay what you get for.... More
