For the last ten years our church has been using this motel for a weekend Ladies Retreat. We love it! Prices are right, food is wonderful and we have the privacy of the conference room. Thank you Fran and Tim for all the work you do to insure us a refreshing time away from home. You are certainly using the... More

This place offers the option to rent 2 hrs of their pool and hot tub for $9 per person. I took my daughter there and we walked into the pool area. I expected what I saw in the photos. Instead what I got was a warm, not hot, hot tub with jets that barely do anything. Put it this way,... More

I stayed with some friends on a tubing trip to Mt Abram and when checking in, the male proprietor winked at my single female friend as he gave her the room key. A bit weird. Then, she got to the room to find no windows and a ceiling tile askew in the bathroom. He knew about it but didn't offer... More

The front of the building looks good but don't be fooled. There may as well have not been any walls because you could here everything! Walk down the hallways and you could here everyone's conversations clear as day! And the bedding was covered in stains and didn't even look like it had been washed! Me and my husband have traveled... Hotel stay was quiet. The staff very friendly. Rooms are older and bathrooms not the best but for the price it's just fine. Kids enjoyed the pool. The restaurant on location is good too. A no frills stay with no real complaints.

My family and I stayed at the Mollyockett for one night as a stop-over before visiting friends in Bethel. It is a less expensive lodging option for visiting the Bethel / Sunday River area. Keep in mind that it is about a 20 minute drive to Sunday River. The motel is very dated but clean. The room we stayed in... More

Nice overall facility! Really nice family resteraunt with good food and reasonably priced. Nice warm indoor pool area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A little further from skiing and other amenities.

My wife and I have been coming to this motel for the past 12 years and let me say the owners Fran and Tim have done a great job improving this motel. Yes it is older but it is well maintained. They cater to all types of travelers the rooms are clean and comfortable and they offer a mix of... More

I have stayed at the Mollyockett many times. Fran and Tim are very friendly, Christian innkeepers. They work hard to make sure your stay is comfortable. If anything isn't right, it is immediately taken care of. The food at the Crosstone Restaurant is good, not gourmet, but I don't look for that in a motel. The pool is very popular... More

First of all, we stayed here due to a family gathering in the area and had little choice in where we would stay. This explains why I agreed to stay at a lodging that has no handicapped rooms. This place is really rough on access! It is an old motel that has had a series of updates done, but none... More
